Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If there was a problem with the order that you received, such as wrong items, wrong sizes or defects, we will provide you with a prompt credit.
If you ordered the wrong size or simply do not like the product, we will accept your return and provide a refund to your original payment method. Please note, under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your return if the shipping carrier loses the package.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 14 days upon receiving the order.
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. We will not accept your returns if your product has been used, washed, unlabeled, undergone damage, or is not in its original packaging. We ask that you be careful with the products until you return it.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RA#.
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster without any confusion.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. For returns and exchanges due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, so you can return the item at no charge. For all other returns and exchanges, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
